How To Take CELL-TECH

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 175 mL of water and drink. On training days, take 1 serving immediately after your workout, and on non-training days, have your serving in the morning. Take separately from products containing caffeine. For optimal results, use for 4 weeks.
